What a ball of a Crimbo Party!

The staff at Sunway Tenerife would like to give a great big massive enormous thanks to Barry & Pam for organising (and paying for) our company Christmas Party on Saturday 15th December

It was a great night and a good time was had by all - especially one or two who were feeling rather under the weather the following day

It is with deep sadness that all the staff at Sunway Canaries say farewell to Derek Pickersgill who recently passed away.

Those who knew Derek will remember him most for his energy and his passion which he had in abundance. He worked for Sunway Tenerife and Fuerteventura for 18 years, enthusiastically selling property and eventually being the driving force behind the success of the Fuerteventura office.

Derek’s zest for life was second to none, his weekends were enjoyed on the golf course and it was not uncommon for him to challenge clients to 9 or 18 holes. Such was his ability, Derek came 2nd equal in the 2004 Spanish Open Pro/Am tournament held in Fuerteventura.

He was a generous Yorkshire man who wore his heart on his sleeve. We will all miss his robust and charming character, he truely was one in a million.
